Tattoo Pathway Guide Mentorship

An advanced 12-month program for tattooers ready to refine their process, deepen their practice, and train toward qualification as a Tattoo Pathway Guide.

This is the next step after Foundations.

For tattooers who know this work asks for more than instinct, aesthetics, or good intentions, and want close mentorship in how to guide tattooing as a deeper process.

Over 12 months, you’ll work directly with Mark to examine, refine, and strengthen the way you tattoo, guide, map, prepare, and hold the experience for others.

This is where deeper understanding becomes lived practice.

This is for you if...

  • You’ve completed Foundations and want to go further
  • You’re actively tattooing and want to refine your process
  • You feel called to guide people more deeply through tattooing
  • You want direct feedback, structure, and support over time
  • You’re ready to bring more clarity, intention, and integrity to your practice

What this mentorship helps you do

Move from intuition without structure to a refined, grounded, and tested way of guiding others through the Tattoo Pathway.

This is a year to:

  • sharpen your process
  • deepen your understanding
  • pressure-test how you work
  • strengthen your ability to guide others
  • become part of a living practice and community

What’s included

  • Monthly 1:1 mentorship calls with Mark
  • Monthly group calls
  • Private community access
  • Feedback on client work, drawings, and process
  • Advanced body mapping
  • Intention-setting and container work
  • Mentorship handbook for study and reference
  • Assessment toward qualification as a Tattoo Pathway Guide

What makes this different

This is not just more information.

It’s an immersive year of mentorship, reflection, feedback, and application.

You won’t just study the work. You’ll bring your real practice into it.

Your process, choices, blind spots, strengths, and way of guiding others all get looked at more closely, so what you’re building becomes clearer, stronger, and more trustworthy.

Qualification

This mentorship is part training, part assessment.

The intention is to support the right people toward qualification as a Tattoo Pathway Guide, someone able to represent the work with depth, care, and integrity.

Qualification is not automatic. It is something you grow into and are assessed for over time.

Why apply

If Foundations opened something in you, this is the space to go further.

To be mentored closely.

To refine the way you work.

To be supported in community.

And to see whether you’re ready to carry this work more deeply.
