Our research division is dedicated to cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the foundational truths and intricacies of tattooing from multiple vantage points. We focus on exploring not only what tattooing is, but what it does.
This means we look at the technical and practical aspects of tattooing as well as the nuanced psychological, emotional, mental and spiritual experiences and transformation that people undergo through participating in the practice of tattooing.
